With Rachael, safety is a priority; she is fully insured and has CPD accredited training with Harley Academy in London.

Second time I have been to visit Rachael, she is very professional. Each time I have visited the clinic I have felt calm and reassured with the procedures, leaving happy with the results and all questions answere. I recently had Botox treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results! The entire experience from consultation to aftercare, was smooth and professional. Rachael made me feel completely at ease and explained everything clearly.

Within a few days, everything looked smoother but still really natural—no frozen look at all. I feel fresher and more confident, and I’ll definitely be going back when it’s time for a top-up!

Rachael is great and easy to work with! Unfortunately I had to reschedule my appointment for a later date and Rachael was so understanding and made the process really easy. Her system sends out a message to make sure you know when your appointment time is and it also sends a reminder, which is really helpful when you have young children who often make appointments difficult to remember.

I am really looking forward to my treatment and having some precious time to myself to relax!

Clinic

The Wellness Centre opened in 2024, and is set in the beautiful grounds of Heacham Manor Hotel, overlooking the golf course, just 25 minutes from King’s Lynn.

It’s a new, spacious and modern facility that boasts a thermal suite, changing rooms, toilets, gym, and several treatment rooms.

Our clinic has been based here since October, and treatments are performed in a spacious, welcoming room with a hydraulic couch alongside a sink, and chairs to enhance your comfort with us.

It has ample free parking, free Wi-Fi and a waiting area whilst you wait for your treatment, a member of reception team will show you in.

On arrival into the grounds, follow the drive all the way round to the left where you’ll find the Wellness Centre on the left.
