Our Policies

Booking:
At Coastal Aesthetic Nurse, we aim to provide you with a clinic time that suits you. If there are no available slots, you will be put onto a waiting list.

In order to secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the treatment cost, and is fully refundable if given 48hours notice of cancellation. If there is a no-show or less than 48 hours notice then this deposit becomes non-refundable. There will be exceptions made for special circumstances. Please provide Rachael with as much information as possible if needed to reschedule an appointment, so that the diary can be amended accurately.

Consultations are free of charge, and therefore do not require any deposits.

Treatments:
Please do NOT attend our clinic if you are unwell, are on antibiotics for an infection, or have cold sores. Many of our treatments are unsafe if these are present, and therefore will not be performed.
You may be declined a treatment if there is an identified risk to your health. Rachael reserves the right to delay, postpone, or refuse administering treatments.

Following Botox treatments, a 2 week review is required to assess the effectiveness of treatment, and provide a ‘top up’ if necessary. It is the patient’s responsibility to attend this, and if a patient does not attend this review, they do so at their own risk.

All consent forms must be signed in order to proceed with treatments.

Aftercare information will be provided – patients must follow this to ensure optimal results.

Late arrivals:
Please let Rachael know as soon as possible if you are running late to an appointment – clinic days are busy, and if you are over 10 minutes late you may not be seen due to other patients waiting for treatments.

Guests:
We are happy for you to bring one guest to your appointment – this guest must be aged 18 or over, due to being in a clinical area.
